The Desert Irish Wolfhound Association (DIWA) is committed to improving the health and welfare of Irish wolfhounds. DIWA began when a group of Irish wolfhound owners in Arizona got together to share information about their favorite breed.
Today, DIWA members and their dogs participate in educational events, festivals, parades, and other community events in order to foster an interest in and to increase knowledge about this wonderful ancient breed. We also assist in Re-Homing of Irish Wolfhounds in need of a forever home. New Irish Wolfhound owners are encouraged to join and participate in all club events and activities.
Members enjoy the benefit of educational programs, participation in events, and the opportunity to share information and enjoy good times with their Irish wolfhounds.
